How OneTrack started...
Three years ago I was sponsoring two athletes. One was a high-level Age-Group Triathlete and one was an Ultra Marathon runner. I was looking after their biomechanical profiles, keeping them moving so that they could maintain being as injury free as possible. I decided that we needed them both to train together as Lee (the triathlete) needed to work on his endurance and Alan (the ultra marathoner) need to work on his speed.
We met up on a crisp Monday evening at Paddington Recreation ground in London and unbeknown to me they had invited some friends along to join in the session. That night OneTrack was born.
Who should join OneTrack?
We are not for everyone. We appeal to the person that is not afraid to chase down something that they know is out of reach at the moment; on the premise that it might not be out of reach in months to come.
We appeal to the runner that has already been bitten by the bug and is now looking to see what they are capable of.
We have a strong work ethic, come rain, sun or snow we are on the track and putting the miles in.
